Each 3M™ PPS™ disposable cap and cup kit (first version, not compatible with 3M™ PPS™ 2.0 series products) contains 50 (or 75) disposable caps with welded filters that filter paint during spraying, 50 disposable cups and 24 sealing plugs; they are designed for use with the 3M™ PPS™ paint preparation system. The kits are available in four sizes to fit a wide range of jobs, from large to small. The 3M™ PPS™ Paint Prep System is a complete paint system that allows the painter to measure, mix, filter and spray paint materials.Each 3M™ PPS™ disposable cap and cup kit (first version, not compatible with 3M™ PPS™ 2.0 series products) contains 50 (or 75) disposable caps, 50 disposable cups and 24 sealing plugs; they are designed specifically for use with the 3M™ PPS™ Paint Prep System. Each 3M™ PPS™ cap incorporates a welded filter that effectively filters paint during application. Choose caps with 125-micron filters, generally recommended for water-based paint materials, or 200-micron for traditional solvent-based. Always consult the paint manufacturer to ensure that the recommended filter is used for the material. Lid and disposable cup sizes are specifically intended for the 3M™ PPS™ (first version) range of cups and rings, allowing technicians to make graduated mixes up to 850 ml.
