Borate, chlorine, and APEO-free, one-component, water-based intumescent coating designed for on-site application on exposed structural steel indoors that requires cellulose fire protection. Tested in independent laboratories accredited to BS476 Parts 20-21, European Standard EN 13381-8 and Australian Standards AS1530.4 (2014) and AS 4100. Evaluated and certified by independent laboratories. Interchar 1260 is a product with CE marking and European Technical Assessment ETA-20/1191.

To provide up to 60 minutes of cellulosic fire protection on a wide range of I-section beams and columns, as well as hollow sections in indoor environments. It will also provide up to 90 minutes of fire protection according to BS476, Parts 20-21, and 120 minutes of fire protection according to EN 13381-6:2012 for hollow sections filled with concrete.
