Hardener 205 is used in most situations to produce a fast cure and results in an epoxy that rapidly develops its physical properties. When mixed at a ratio of five parts by weight of Resin 105 to one part by weight of Hardener 205, the cured resin/hardener mixture produces a high strength, rigid solid that possesses excellent cohesive properties and provides an exceptional moisture barrier with excellent bonding and coating properties.

Note:

Resin/hardener ratio - 5:1.
Pot life at 25°C: 10 to 15 minutes.
Cures to solid state at 21°C: 5 to 7 hours.
Cure to full strength at 21°C: 5 to 7 days.
Recommended minimum working temperature: 5°C
