Quick-drying, two-component, high-solids, low-VOC semi-gloss polyaspartic primer/finish. Intercure 3240G provides improved productivity in ambient temperature applications while combining the anti-corrosion performance of epoxy paints and the high aesthetics of UV-resistant finishes in a single coat.
Intercure 3240G is applied as a single layer directly on properly prepared substrates by means of a manual mixing (single section) or automatic mixing (plural machine) application equipment, reducing application time, energy consumption and labor costs when compared to two-layer applications, or single-layer when requiring forced drying at high temperature.

Specifically designed as part of the International 3200 product series for use as a single-coat primer/finish coating system to protect construction and mining heavy machinery, agricultural equipment, rail cars, transport vehicles, material handling and lifting equipment, pumps, valves, reducers and other small motors and machinery.
Intercure 3240G is particularly suitable for use as a fast drying system for fast handling times and increasing production to 20-25ºC without the need to force drying at higher temperatures. This contributes to lower energy consumption in original equipment manufacturing (OEM) and paint shops.
